Preparation
Heat idly
cooker with water and grease the idli molds with ghee. Take 1
cup Rava Idly Mix and add 1.5 cups of sour curds & mix well.
Pour this mix into idli molds & steam for 7-8 minutes (till
done). Server the Rave Idlies hot with tomato chutney.
