Preparation
Make 1 litre of Tamarind juice. Fry mustard, chillies and
curry leaves in edible oil. Add Tamarind juice , 1 spoon Aachi
Rasam Powder, salt to taste and boil for 10 minutes. Garnish
with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Rasam is now ready to
serve.
