The upper most reason for the success of the brand "Aachi" can be attributed to meeting the demand of consumers from every walks of life by pricing the product competitively and in various size packs which can be afforded by common man.


The company has grown from humble beginning and the sales turn over of the year 2008-2009 stands at 270 Crores.

 

"A hungry man" they say "is an angry man" from pre-historic times, "food" has always been man's prime requirement. Aachi Masala's quest to address this need is the foundation of this business.

 

Today's pace and pressures on the time of home makers have made us sharpen our focus and cater better to our customers increasing needs.

Our turn over has been increasing at 50% over the last two years and we are confident of continuing this growth rate. We have currently 130 product ranges available in different pack size to suit every household.

Currently our products reach the consumers through 2000 Agents and 4 Lakh Retailers. Our product range is classified under 7 Divisions for better and easy distribution.

To further strengthen our distribution and with a view to contribute to the society we have now identified a new channel to distribute our products with the help of "Women Self Help Group" by adopting this strategy of distribution where currently 3000 women are engaged. This number is expected to reach 1 Lakh very shortly. After distribution through women Self Help Group we are not only witnessing the increased visibility and sales of our products but also have the satisfaction of providing employment to the needy.

As our product range is very wide and also increasing every day it was felt by the customers that our entire range of products are not available under one roof. We at Aachi convert every threat as an opportunity to improve. This has now given birth to creation of "MODEL SHOPS". These shops will be of franchise type and will carry the entire range of Aachi products and customer who visits these shops will not miss any of the Aachi products of his/her choice. It is also planed to deliver from these shops the customers requirement at their door steps.

This process of Model Shop is gaining momentum and it is planed to establish around 10,000 Model Shops by this year end in Tamil Nadu alone. Having conquered in Tamil Nadu we are making progress in other Southern States and also exporting to global markets.

 

The marketing activities are looked after by well experienced and qualified personnel under the able Leadership and guidance of Chairman Mr.Isaac. Mr.Isaac strongly feels "An empowered organization is one in which individuals have the knowledge, skill, desire, and opportunity to personally succeed in a way that leads to collective organizational success."

"Aachi" have won recognition as Best FMCG Company in the year 2007 by a survey conducted by "Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies". Our Chairman has been recognized by the Rotary Club as the Best Enterprising  Entrepreneur.

It is planned to commence shortly the Export oriented unit for manufacturer of Ready to Cook, Ready to Eat and Masala Products for the global Market.
