Preparation
For 1kg Mutton: Heat required cooking oil add chopped
onion, tomato, coconut paste and fry till golden brown
color. Now add cleaned 1 kg mutton and saute with Aachi
Mutton Masala 50g. When half boiled add enough salt and
water. Allow to cook till tender. When gravy thickens add
coriander leaves and serve hot. This masala can be used for
vegetable curry also.
