Recipe
To cook 500g meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste. Mix with 1
tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd.
Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture. Keep for
2 hrs. Heat 4 tbsp oil. Fry till crisp 2 sliced onions. Add
marinated meat, 3 tbsp Aachi Meat Masala. Stir for 5 mins Add
2 cups water. Pressure cook for 10 mins.
Ingredients
Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cassia, Clove, Common
Salt, Turmeric, Garlic, Cardamom, Fennel Seed, Mint Leaf,
Fenugreek, Anistar, Mustard, Dry Ginger and Bengal Gram.
