Preparation
Make a paste of Aachi Fish Masala with water and Lemon Juice.
Apply paste on fish pieces. After 2 hrs deep fry the pieces in
cooking oil. No need to add salt. This Masala also can be used
to prepare yam and potato fries.
Ingredients
Chilly, Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Aniseed, Cloves, Gram
Dhall, Pepper, Cinnamon etc.
