Preparation
For 1/2 kilo fish curry. Clean the fish thoroughly. Take a
kadai and pour sufficient oil and fry onion, tomato, garlic &
add required Tamarind juice. Take Aachi Fish Curry Masala
Powder and dissolve it in the water and pour into Kadai. When
the curry is in full boil add cleaned fish and required salt.
After the fish has been cooked add coriander leaves. Fine
Aroma and tasty Aachi Fish Curry is now ready to serve.
Ingredients
Chilly, Pepper, Coriander, Jeera, Mustard, Fenugreek,
Turmeric, Curry leaves etc.
