Preparation
For 1kg Chicken: Heat required cooking oil add chopped
onion, tomato, coconut paste and fry till golden brown
color. Now add cleaned 1 kg chicken and saute with Aachi
Chicken Masala 50g. When half boiled add enough salt and
water. Allow to cook till tender. When gravy thickens add
coriander leaves and serve hot. This masala can be used for
vegetable curry also.
