Preparation
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and required water to Aachi Chemba
Puttu Powder. Mix it throughly until there is no wet balls
in it. Fill this mixture and grated coconut in alternate
layers in a puttu kutti/maker. Make sure that the top and
bottom layers are filled with grated coconut. Steam about 5
minutes. Serve with plantain, curry, chutney or sugar.
