Preparation
Soke 100g white Channa over night. Cook and keep aside. Heat
3tsp of oil and try two chopped onion. Add 1 tsp each of Aachi
Coriander & Chilli Powder add 1 tsp Aachi Channa Masala fry
for 3 mins, on low flame. Add 1 chopped tomato, 3 slit green
Chilies, ½ inch ginger finely sliced, add boiled Channa add
salt to taste & cook for 5 mins.
